EXAMPLES OF PAST WORK
Check out some of the Bioactive Tanks we have worked on in the past! All tanks are made custom for the pet's owners. No tank is too small or too large. No idea is too crazy that we wont take on. Let's get creative! Stay updated on what we have been working on!

Paludarium Tropical Bioactive
Vietnamese Mossy Frog
Meet Loki and his new Bioactive Paludarium! This half land/ half water enclosure was a perfect choice for a frog like the Vietnamese Mossy Frog! A moss wall for holding high humidity, high climbing areas due to its arboreal nature, and a mini blackwater aquarium set up in the bottom made this a fully functioning and good husbandry upgrade with a species like this!

Bearded Dragon
Here we have a 90 gallon desert setup for a bearded dragon! This big guy was upgraded from 40 gallon breeder tank to a more appropriate sized tank! Some aloe, elephant bush, and other succulents made for a practical and decorative set up! The enclosure had a deep layer of sphagnum moss for retaining moisture at the bottom to ensure health for the micofauna included in the setup.

Slightly Bioactive
Red Ear Slider
Seen here is our "Slightly" Bioactive 75 gallon turtle Paludarium! This little guy got a huge upgrade from his 20 gallon tank! This tank was done with a naturalistic background and sealed to keep mold out due to the high volume of water. Due to the nature of the tank needing more space for water, the top layer was made with plants and a bioactive mix to keep things nutritious for the plants involved. While not a true bioactive tank, these tanks along with fully custom aquariums are yet another thing CB Bioactive does!

Green Tree Frogs/ Long Tail Lizards
Tree Frogs and Long Tail Lizards are generally reptiles that do not need a lot of room, but why limit the space when you can make it better?! Dark hiding areas, multiple heights to climb, dense plant life, and an appropriate substrate mix has set these cold blooded critters up for success! Due to such high humidity levels needed, appropriate tropical plants were chosen to keep growing larger and thicker as the months pass! Tank has since overgrown with bamboo, pothos, and other tropical plants.

Yellow Saharan Uromastyx
A Yellow Saharan Uromastyx named Copernicus got a tank upgrade! This tank requires extremely hot and dry temperatures so the right setup was key. A natural mix of burrowing substrate, rocks in central basking areas, and hand molded clay hides brought Copernicus a stimulating and functional Bioactive setup!
